Scott Kim is the CEO of NEOFECT USA / Co-founder of NEOFECT San Francisco, California and one of the founders of its parent company, NEOFECT, a rehabilitation technology company headquartered in South Korea. Prior to joining NEOFECT, Scott held positions including Management Consultant and Product Management within the software and gaming industries, including mobile gaming companies such as GREE, Z2 (now King) and 505 Games. He has also been a successful startup founder.
Scott was born with spinal bifida and has undergone surgery; thus he has a unique understanding and perspective of rehabilitation. This, coupled with his prior experience in the gaming software industry, contributes to his ability to create the games and software for the NEOFECT Smart Glove in the US market. NEOFECT’s gamified rehabilitation training solutions help stroke survivors and people with spinal cord injuries, musculoskeletal disorders, or neurological conditions regain independence and live fuller, more active lives. And Scott understands the need for these solutions both from a patient and provider perspective.
